Catering for our customers individually is our absolute priority. Because we know how important it is to provide optimum support and assistance to make our customers feel secure and at ease with us. That is why we have not only installed an emergency helpline for our members, where we can be contacted round the clock. On top of that, your benefit claims are allocated to a personal supervisor as well, who makes sure they are handled smoothly.
Settling Claims
For our members, we settle claims directly from our offices in Germany. You simply send straight to the BDAE -Expat-Services GmbH, Hamburg, Germany all the original doctor’s bills and receipts for drugs that are refundable, and we’ll see to everything else.

Please use the application forms for your insurance for payment of benefits.
