ABOUT US

| The Bund der Auslands-Erwerbstätigen BDAE e.V. was set up in Hamburg in 1995, the objective being to provide comprehensive assistance to firms and their employees as well as to private individuals when planning foreign trips and actually staying abroad. Today, under the umbrella of the BDAE, we have three companies offering a whole range of services, ranging from comprehensive advice about foreign countries and their specific social security schemes, to international HR management. |

| The Bund der Auslandserwerbstätigen e.V. is a registered association which provides businesses and their employees as well as private individuals with a wide range of helpful services when they are both planning trips and actually staying abroad. For each stay in a foreign country it furnishes information about the prevailing political, social and cultural circumstances, offers solutions to individual questions, and provides expert advice about obtaining the best social security coverage.
The Foreign Advice Bureau, which is officially approved and open to the public, is at our Hamburg branch.

| Expat Services GmbH is responsible for marketing the BDAE Group’s entire range of products. It is the place to contact about all the insurance solutions offered by the BDAE. It also offers individual advisory services for firms and individuals about “Living & Working Abroad” and “Transfers Abroad”. |

| Organised at an international level, the BDAE is a competent partner for all matters relating to international HR management. Our customers decide whether to completely or partly out-source their international HR work, or whether to get us to help the personnel department prepare and implement their employees’ tours of duty abroad. |

| The Dienstleistungsgesellschaft für den BDAE mbH is the company seeing to administrative issues for the individuals and legal entities insured at the BDAE. It provides assistance in the event of any queries about policies, and it represents policyholders vis-à-vis the insurance companies. It also runs business operations for the BDAE e.V. |
